An oil pastel drawing/painting I did when I was living and working in  the small and charming village called Selchow. It is situated in the middle of nowhere about 60km east of Berlin. I was using an old country manor as a studio and this was a view of one angle of the front garden on a sunny day. I was also looking after the grounds at the time and I developed an affection for the estate. This oil pastel was done on a lovely early Summer morning with the sun overhead lighting up the lawn.
